Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window from the day your order is delivered.
If it’s been more than 7 business days, we can’t offer a return or exchange — appreciate the understanding.


Return Conditions 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags and packaging must still be intact.

 

Final Sale Notice

Please note that all items featuring rhinestones and Swarovski crystals are custom-made and therefore final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing our unique, handcrafted pieces.

 

How to Start a Return

Shoot us an email at info@jellybeanworldwide.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll reply with next steps.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service so nothing gets lost.


Refund Processing

Once we get your return and check it, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges right now. If you need a different size, please return your item and place a new order.
