Shipping Policy 

Processing Time:

• Regular Items: Processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday).
• Customized Items: Custom items require 2-3 business days for production and will be processed within 5-7 business days total, including customization and processing time.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships so you can monitor your delivery.

Address Accuracy: 

Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address provided by the customer. If your package gets returned because of an address issue, you’ll need to cover the re-shipping fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your tracking says "delivered" but your package is nowhere to be found, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Jellybean Worldwide is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. We do not ship to PO Boxes.​
